This Agreement is made effective for all purposes by and between Creativ Rise, A Division of Speers Collective Inc., hereinafter referred to as “the COMPANY” and the individual who consents to the transaction and checks the box, “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page”, hereinafter referred to as “The CLIENT” relating to the agreement(s) detailed below, hereinafter referred to as “The AGREEMENT(S).”

SERVICES: The COMPANY agrees to provide the following services: Creativ Rise Mastermind and all the services listed in the package they purchased here.

FEES: The CLIENT agrees to pay The COMPANY in full for their purchase of the Creativ Rise Mastermind. The CLIENT consents to following their payment plan if they do select the Payment Plan option for the Creativ Rise Mastermind offer listed here. Due to the nature of the Creativ Rise Mastermind and the educational style it holds, payments are not to be refunded for any reason.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the COMPANY and the CLIENT. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.

COPYRIGHTS: The Creativ Rise Mastermind media, content and educational material produced by the COMPANY is protected by Canadian Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the COMPANY’s explicitly written permission.

MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns the COMPANY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photos and videos of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of media.

EARNINGS RELEASE: EVERY EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT OUR PRODUCTS AND THEIR POTENTIAL. EVEN THOUGH THIS INDUSTRY IS ONE OF THE FEW WHERE ONE CAN WRITE THEIR OWN CHECK IN TERMS OF EARNINGS, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS IN THESE MATERIALS.
